Digital Floor Plans - Blue Prints Packages Sets. What's Included in Our Digital Packages?
We provide blueprint housing plans for modification. Homes over 3,000 SQ FT and certain states need to be reviewed by a structural engineer, then developed into structural blueprint plans. We can assist with the structural plan process for an additional fee if you don't have a preferred structural contractor to review the housing plan set. The structural plan process involves Geneva Homes housing plan drawings that are submitted to a structural engineer, who then develops them into structural blueprint plans. The structural plans, detailing load-bearing elements, are then reviewed by us or a licensed architect before being submitted to a builder for the permit pre-construction process.

Site Plan for Editing, Foundation with Floor Plan for each level, electrical plan with Schedule, Exterior elevations 4 sides, Roof Plan Layout, Floor and Ceiling Framing Plans with details, Wall Label Detail Reference, Building Section, Framing Reference with Schedule, Interior Wall Elevations, Staircase Layout, Construction Notes, Door, Window, Fixture and Cabinet Schedules, Rendered Interior Photos for illustration, NOT for Building Purposes—materials List with Structural Member report, Purchasing Agreement with GH.
Free plan modifications are available to meet acceptable building codes, ordinances, local climate, and geographical design criteria once submitted to a structural engineer. Consult with a local builder or an Architect to comply with local expected building codes and criteria. The plans are then resubmitted to us for modifications. You are licensed to print as many copies as needed to build one (1) home. You are not to resell or distribute the digital file or the plans. Changes to the Blueprint Sets typically cannot be made to a PDF. You can arrange for us to modify the floor plan before sending the plan out or before purchasing. One purchaser has one license to build one home (1) time only. You are not to reproduce the Blueprint Sets, which shall not be redrawn per the contract. Reasonable red lines and mark-ups on the plans by your builder/Contractor are allowed.
